- Law firm partner.
- Litigation and arbitration at the pretrial, trial and appellate stages across the nation in a wide variety of practice areas, including, among others, constitutional issues; securities regulation; antitrust; insurance; insurance brokerage; employment; defamation, RICO, contracts; and torts.
- Conducting internal corporate investigations and defending myriad types of investigations commenced by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies.
- Counseling boards of directors, committees thereof and company management on various matters, including corporate governance, disclosure requirements under the securities laws and compliance with ethical standards, statutes and regulations.
