Support for Faculty

The Center provides new and existing Stony Brook University Faculty with opportunities to enhance their recruitment, retention, mentoring and advancement of underrepresented and underrepresented minority doctoral scholars and postdoctoral trainees. Provided her are our recommended resources to get you started in thinking about developing your own recruitment, retention and mentoring strategies for building an inclusive and supportive laboratory and research team environment. 

The Center for Inclusive Education Staff is available for one on one and departmental meetings to discuss the development of collaborative approaches to inclusive recruitment and retention.
