The Project Management for Offshore Wind noncredit course is a practical, hands-on program that uses an industry-specific case study to apply best practices in project management. The course also highlights the importance of essential soft skills for project success and examines the capabilities, usefulness, and potential pitfalls of AI tools in project work.

Stephen Campitelli

Stephen Campitelli, PhD, PMP

Stephen’s early career began as a Management Analyst in the Federal Government, where he became a computer programmer. He progressed through Systems Analysis and Design and Management of IT projects in the Government and in private industry. While working at one of the largest banks in the United States, he managed projects to research and introduce emerging technologies and methods, including artificial intelligence and software ergonomics. He then returned to research and consulting, which led him to join Total Systems. He has consulted and taught classes at major corporations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations in 18 countries. He has a strong background in business analysis and both traditional and agile project management.

If you’re ever in Stephen’s virtual classroom, you will have no problem figuring out his favorite pastime: the huge wall of books behind him is not a Zoom background!

Ester Winsink

Ester Wensink, MA, PMP

Ester joined Oceantic Network in 2022 and serves as Director of Industry Education, managing the training team, and expanding and improving the curriculum. She is adding new courses and other supply chain readiness activities to help supply chain companies and people who want to get involved in the offshore wind find their entry point.Before joining the Network, Ester was a local representative and sales agent in the sustainability field in New Orleans, where projects in stormwater management and green infrastructure helped to combat flooding and subsidence in the city. Prior to that, she gained international experience and business acumen working in professional development and both project and knowledge management in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.  

Originally from the Netherlands, Ester resides in North Carolina with her husband, cat, and dog, where she enjoys native and herb gardening and the generous southern culture including its spicy foods and great music.
