Professor, Integrative Neuroscience

Dr. Robinson will not be reviewing graduate student applications for the upcoming academic year.

Research Interests:

Behavioral Neuroscience

Current Research:

The expertise of my laboratory is in the use of rodents as models to understand human central nervous system function and dysfunction. We apply behavioral, biochemical, pharmacological, and neuroanatomical techniques in several lines of research that include collaborations with laboratories at Stony Brook University and other institutions.

Honors:

  • State University of New York Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Faculty Service, 2014
  • State University of New York Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching, 2003
  • President's Award for Excellence in Teaching, Stony Brook Univ., 2003
  • Member, Academy of Teacher-Scholars, Stony Brook Univ. 2003-2006
