The New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) offers a variety of financial aid scholarships to help NYS residents pay for college.

In order to be eligible for any New York State Grants and Scholarships students must complete both the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Student Aid Payment Application (HESC) commonly known as the TAP Application.
