The Evelyn Berezin Scholarship
Up to five full tuition scholarships at the New York State resident rate (supported by the Leo Guthart fund) in honor of Evelyn Berezin will be awarded in the name of the Evelyn Berezin Scholarship for Women in Engineering. Candidates must submit a one-page essay demonstrating, as reflected by their academic record and service to the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the qualities that signify the achievement of excellence in their future endeavors.
To qualify for the Evelyn Berezin Scholarship, interested students must:
A. Be a woman enrolled as a full time undergraduate or graduate student in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences for the full academic year (BOTH the fall and the spring semesters)
B. Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5
C. Provide service to the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences
Interested candidates should submit the following documents:
1. A completed application form
2. A one-page statement demonstrating, as reflected by their academic record and service to the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the qualities that signify the achievement of excellence in their future endeavors
3. A resume

All scholarship awards are subject to renewal of the scholarship by the donor and receipt of funding for these awards.
If selected to receive this scholarship, you will be required to furnish this office with a letter of thanks to the donor of the scholarship. Details will be specified in the scholarship offer letter.
