Discover the New ASA Student Services Office! 

We are ecstatic to announce the grand opening of the ASA Student Services Office, conveniently located on the lower level of the Melville Library, across from the Stony Brook Union in the back of the SBU Campus Store. We invite everyone to visit us at our new location.

  • Our friendly and dedicated staff are here to assist you with a wide array of services, including internship opportunities, meal plans, student health insurance, Wolfie Wallet, locker rentals, microfridge rentals, and much more! View the ASA Student Services Office hours.
  • Be sure to download the GET mobile app* on the Apple App Store or Google Play to add funds to your meal plan or Wolfie Wallet account, check your balance, view your transaction history, and report a lost or stolen card at any time, day or night. Log in using your Stony Brook University NetID and NetID password. Please note that the Wolfie Wallet program no longer offers an 8% discount at on-campus dining and vending locations. 
  • Save time and skip the line, use your meal plan with the Nutrislice app for mobile ordering and to view menus. Remember, the GET app is used for adding funds only, not mobile ordering.
