Subject: Submit Your COVID Vaccine Booster by 2/21 to Continue to Live on Campus
Dear Seawolves,
We hope your spring semester is going well. As a reminder, you are required to obtain
a COVID vaccine booster in order to live on campus, take in-person classes, or access
in-person services or facilities at any Stony Brook campus. Our records indicate that
you have not submitted your COVID booster information to the Wolfie Health Portal.
The deadline to submit proof of your booster vaccine is Monday, February 21. If you
do not submit proof by then, you will be suspended from the residence halls until
you are in compliance. Please note you will still be financially responsible for the
entirety of your housing contract even if you are suspended from housing.
Still need to get your booster? Student Health Services (SHS) is offering boosters on campus this Thursday, February
10 from 10am-12noon and 1pm-3pm. Visit the SHS website to register and for more information. You can also get your booster at Stony Brook’s
R&D Park. This site is open Monday-Saturday, 8am-6:30pm; Sunday, 8am-12noon. For more information,
visit am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov.
