Fall 2024 Involvement Fairs
The Department of Student Engagement & Activities is proud to announce the Fall 2024 Involvement Fairs will be held on Wednesday, August 28th and Wednesday September 4th, 2024. We will be hosting our Performance Fair on Friday, September 6th, 2024.
HOW PARTICIPATING STUDENTS CAN PREPARE:
- Determine what clubs/organizations you want to meet with. The list of participating clubs/organizations can be found above.
- Research different clubs/organizations via SB Engage

- Explore student organization SB Engaged pages & contact them for more information
- Follow student organizations on social media to stay up to date & learn more!
FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
- Receive re-registration approval for the 24-25 Academic Year
- Verify your organization's category here
- Make sure you have secured your spot, by checking your organization's inbox for the RSVP Form.
- Update your SB Engaged page with the most up to date information
- Ensure that you will have current members of your club/organization available during the fair to answer questions and provide additional information about your organization.
- Refer to our Involvement Fair Check List to pack for your table accordingly.
