About the Conference
The Resident Assistant (RA) Conference is an exciting developmental opportunity aimed at enhancing both professional and student staff members involved in Residential Education by having diverse, interactive, enjoyable, and educational sessions catered to improving experiences for students and student leaders, and Far Beyond.
The goal of this conference is to allow both students and professional staff from different institutions across New York to forge connections, and share knowledge regarding Residential Education processes and procedures in order to improve the quality of life for students on campus residences inside the residence halls.
