Wind Ensemble

Music and non-music major undergraduates and graduates who wish to participate in concert band should join the Wind Ensemble, a non-auditioned concert ensemble for winds and percussion. All performances are at 7:30p on the Main Stage of the Staller Center for the Performing Arts. Wind Ensemble rehearses one night per week, in Fall and Spring semesters, on Wednesday evenings from 6:30p-9:20p. Click on Wind Ensemble for more information.

If you are planning to join Wind Ensemble,
complete this survey no later than 11:59p on Sunday, January 26, 2025.
(But absolutely no later than the end of the Drop/Add period.)

The Stony Brook Wind Ensemble performs contemporary and traditional wind repertoire of the highest quality, and comprises wind and percussion student musicians from across campus. Members represent undergraduate and graduate music and non-music majors.
