SBU ADDICTION RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM
Friday, April 5, 2024
8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Stony Brook University
Charles B. Wang Center Theater
We invite you to join researchers from across Stony Brook University
for a day of scientific exchange and partnership building.
Stony Brook University researchers will present their research that focuses on the topic of addiction.
There is also an opportunity to share your research via a poster session. If you would like to present a scientific poster at this event, please submit your abstract to Dr. Scott Moeller at scott.moeller@stonybrookmedicine.edu.
Finally, there will also be an opportunity to compete for seed funds to support new collaborations on addiction research. The final part of the symposium will feature a networking opportunity for SBU researchers with similar topics and methods to talk to one another with the intention to develop a joint research study. Each team will have the opportunity to submit a white paper that can result in a seed grant award.
