• If the pre-requisite courses have not yet transferred in, please complete and submit a Transfer Course Evaluation Form, along with a copy of the course syllabus and your final transcript showing the grade you received for the pre-requisite courses to Robert McCarthy, Undergraduate Program Director, in the Physics & Astronomy Bldg, Room P110
• Gain prior approval from your current institution to be sure that these credits will be accepted toward your degree
