Gazzola’s research reveals a dense network of intellectual and political opposition, challenging established narratives about where and how resistance took place.

Ca' Foscari Honors Scholarships
For the 2026–2027 academic year, the Ca' Foscari University has allocated a package of merit-based scholarships, called the Ca' Foscari Honours Scholarships, aimed at outstanding international students who intend to enroll in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programms (taught either in Italian or in English). Specifically, the offer includes:
- 8 scholarships for Bachelor’s students worth €10,000 per year for a duration of three years;
- 20 scholarships for Master’s students worth €10,000 per year for a duration of two years
