Convergence: Mathematical insights for a changing world

Convergence brings together leading thinkers at the crossroads of mathematics, technology, and society. Each lecture explores how math connects with pressing questions of our time  —  from artificial intelligence to education, creativity, and problem-solving.

Designed for students, educators, and the wider community, the series highlights how mathematical insight converges with human ingenuity to shape the future.

The series is offered by Stony Brook University’s Institute for Creative Problem Solving collaboration between the National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath),  Brookhaven National Laboratory.
