Undergraduate Humanities Club
In 2015, we announced a new club for undergraduate majors or minors in the Humanities,
Social Sciences, Sustainability, and Medical Humanities. The club will bring students
together to plan events at the Institute, participate in projects, work with professors
on research and engage in the intellectual life of the University. The Undergraduate Humanities Club will strengthen the voice and identity of the undergraduate humanities and focus
on how the humanities prepare students for a range of successful careers. Each semester,
two students will be chosen from the Club to serve as HISB interns. Interns will
receive course credit for attending and reporting on talks and events sponsored by
the Humanities Institute.
Next Meeting date: Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, 1:00-2:30 PM, 1008 Humanities Bldg. Lunch will be served.
