The English Department Fund for Excellence. 

The English Department Fund for Excellence is a general fund that provides ongoing support directly impacting our students. This fund ensures that all members of our student community enjoy an enriching, dynamic academic experience by supporting scholarships, research and travel opportunities.

A recent example is 2018 recipient Ashley Barry, BA '18. Ashley was awarded support  from this fund for conference and travel expenses when presenting her paper The Pain of Female Madness in Twenty-First Century Horror Films at the 2018 American Comparative Literature Association Conference.
