Seed Funding
Below are the winners of the Fall 2023 Seed Grant Program competition from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Faculty were asked to submit an abstract and brief proposal, including a timeline that demonstrated how this seed funding would help to develop a highly competitive proposal for extramural funding. Sixty-six applications were received from Stony Brook colleges, including, but not limited to, the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the Renaissaince School of Medicine, the School of Communication and Journalism, the School of Dental Medicine, and the School of Health Professions. The following proposals from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences were selected for funding with an award start date of January 12, 2024.
