Success Navigators

The success navigator role is a unique combination of a skill-based tutor and peer mentor, with the overall goal of supporting students during their transition to SBU and beyond. Working with a small cohort of students, success navigators help their peers develop and enhance student success skills by sharing academic success strategies, and providing accountability, study skills coaching, and resource referrals. They also help students explore social  SBU opportunities and find their place in our campus community.
