for promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural education for the Stony Brook

As part of Diversity, Intercultural and Community Engagement, LGBTQ* Services provides a variety of resources and virtual activities to support LGBTQ* students
and promote LGBTQ* inclusion in all aspects of the University. The Stony Brook University
community is invited to experience the LGBTQ* Center, where students can connect, make new friends, learn, and be part of a welcoming
and affirming environment. Information regarding events and activities hosted by
the LGBTQ* Center are available on SB Engaged.

12th Annual Lavender Celebration
Seniors graduating from all academic backgrounds and levels are invited and encouraged to participate in the celebration. Graduates of December of 2025 are also invited to participate. During the celebration, all graduates will receive a unique stole that they may also wear during Commencement.
Please join us in the Shore Club after the main ceremony for an Afterglow Event, hosted by the PRIDE @ SBU alumni group.
