CREATE ON-DEMAND POSTDOC APPLICANT POOLS 

We recognize the important contributions postdocs make to our research community here at Stony Brook University and around the world — we also recognize that filling postdoctoral positions has not always been easy, so we are rolling out our new Postdoc Talent Pipeline Program and investing in advertising. 

 

Each research subspecialty can now maintain a ready-made applicant pool that can be used at any time - and advance funding approval to post the position is not a prerequisite to participate!

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

As your Scientific Recruiter, I will partner with you and your team to post an ongoing postdoctoral position on SBU JOBS - tailoring the qualifications and job description to your very specific needs. Simultaneously, we will conduct targeted advertising every six months — at no cost to you —with the goal of referring a pipeline of applicants to the postdoctoral section of SBU JOBS, where they can view the details of your position.
