Target Audience: Department Administrators, Graduate Program Coordinators and Principal Investigators.

Note: To assist departments with completing RPA appointments in DocuSign we will be conducting multiple zoom training sessions.

Prerequisite:  None

Description: The Graduate Student Appointment Process (GSAP) in DocuSign is an electronic and automated solution for our Research Project Assistant Appointments. DocuSign is a digital transaction platform that allows users to send, sign and manage legally binding documents securely in the cloud. Effective immediately Appointment (Hire/Rehire) and Change (Extension Only) RPA paperwork must be completed and submitted through the GSAP DocuSign process.
