Workshop One: Singular Synthesis: A Unique Combination of Thoughtful Leadership 

In this workshop we will explore proven leadership best practices that utilize techniques in leadership roles and responsibilities. Participants will be able to gain practical experience through asynchronous authentic learning activities and relevant conversations, and create a personal strategy for leadership effectiveness. We will identify a framework for reflection and self-awareness regarding personal leadership skills. Participants will consider the key aspects to being part of a team and how to successfully lead a team in multiple settings and situations. We will also examine change as it happens in a team environment and how to be prepared to lead for future success using futuring strategies.
