Paul Naronis is an accomplished trainer and facilitator. Paul brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to his clients who clients include Fannie Mae, Pall Corporation, the NBA, and many more. In addition to coaching senior executives and groups of professionals, he creates customized communication skills training solutions. Paul helps leaders deliver impactful messages to their business audiences when they're presenting, managing, meeting, selling, and writing.

Prior to starting Message Connect Communications, Paul managed large medical and office equipment territories for sales forces at Olympus America Inc. and Canon Financial Services Inc. In addition, he became an expert facilitator, client development manager, and executive coach at Exec|Comm, LLC. He seamlessly integrates his corporate and client experiences as training lessons in the classroom and connects communication skills to real-life situations.
