Anne McNulty is a Lecturer in the Department of Asian and Asian American Studies. Anne received her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Stony Brook University and went on to teach English in Miyazaki, Japan from 2018-2021 through the JET Programme. She co-authored the book Japanese Stories for Language Learners with Dr. Eriko Sato, published by Tuttle Publishing in 2018. She is also interested in translation theory, especially about the sociopolitics of translating between Korean and Japanese.
